So we've been a bit bummed out know that that this time last year we were packing and heading out to Los Angeles for the summer. We are all so sad that we can't spend the summer out there again, it was just so amazing! Every day brought a new adventure- a new place to discover and explore, new friends to make, and lots of time with our California family. But Jon and I promised each other that we'd try to keep a little bit of that California adventure alive, even though we'll be spending the summer here at home. So, here's what we've accomplished in our one and half weeks since daddy has been off work. And the best part is that our California family is en route to Michigan!!! Next week we'll head up north to meet up with them for some serious summer fun- Michigan style :)

Lots of time at the Village- even took our cousins yesterday!
Got the boys back to the skate park for the first time since last summer. A little rusty but they've still got it!!!
