For the boys' birthday this year, they wanted a shipwreck room- you know, because that's normal for four year olds!!! Jon made them new quilts for their beds, we painted the walls, and last night we had them fall asleep in the living room so we could put some decals up on the walls. This is what they got to wake up to this morning :)
Finally- a big boy room!
Giant "map" of the Great Lakes so they can add their favorite freighters as we see them on the Detroit River!
They each have an Edmond Fitzgerald by their beds...
And a Titanic on their shared wall!
Because my genius husband used the blueprints of the Titanic to make this sticker, it was painstakingly detailed- I had to pull out every single one of those first and second class cabin windows by hand at 10:00pm last night!

A couple of gifts they got to open when they woke up. Only our kids would be over the moon excited about a book of Cunard shipwrecks!!!!!!
